so you know i ordered a toy that have every intention of calling "drogo", game of thrones has my heart. well, i get a text from the pure romance consultant, ellie, about 4 days ago stating my order shipped. darby confirmed earlier on in the day that her order arrived so i just knew my order was at my door.

well, i get home grab the mail from the box. i ordered a few shirts that were stuffed in plus another package...OH SWEET, IT'S PLAY TIME! but wait...the package doesn't feel right. OH HELL NO! did this chick gyp my order? i take it inside and make a beeline to a clear area so i have nothing to obstruct my view. i open the manilla padded envelop. it has toy cleanser and a lovely handwritten note stating that my precious "khal drogo" is on backorder but will be shipped as soon as it's available. WHAT IN THE ENTIRE FUCK IS THIS??!! i spent $130 total on my order and this is the type of customer satisfaction i get? i sent darby a text of what happened then i turned around to text ellie. i first asked ellie what the wait time for "backorder" is? she said about 10 days. i told her i would have appreciated a heads up on the backorder ESPECIALLY since i was told my order shipped 4 days ago then to open a package stating drogo was on backorder...and not to mention WITHOUT an expected time frame. darby said she's upset about the treatment as well. ellie replied back with an apology and said she would expedite shipping when it's available. there is still a possibility of an additional backorder status. but all i can do is wait it out at this point unless i get pissed and cancel the order. i really was looking forward to spending time with drogo tonight. well, there goes that...
