i did my best to be as active as possible today. cardio, walking, weights, abs, glutes, and a weighted hula hoop for good measure. i get home and my hormones are raging. i won't make any phone calls. i won't dwell on past relationships. i will just deal with it and focus on getting a good night's sleep and do my best to be productive tomorrow.
