i went to thelayoff.com to find info on my company. all info points to more layoffs coming in january and i still think the site might close.

i asked one of my previous supervisors what he thinks. he thinks he needs to get his resume together but he doesn't believe the site is going to close. that doesn't make sense to me. if they are getting rid of management and support, who is going to manage the associates if they aren't going to close the site? back in october they got rid of 3 or 4 sups overloading the remaining sups with additional people. they can't manage that many people efficiently. they moved all the associates to one side of the building justifying the move as to rent out space to other companies but yet oursourcing to the philipines, mexico and india.

morale is low.
