so i found out yesterday that a co-worker has died. the supervisors told us to get off the phones and go to a conf room. they found out that day that one of the associates died but either couldn't or wouldn't tell us how he passed away. from what i've heard it was either a suicide (as he suffered from depression) or a drug overdose (as he also had a drug problem). i didn't know him nor did i recognize the pics.

it's just sad that another co-worker has died. that's the 3rd one this year. first one died late spring i think due to a heart attack. second one died due to a car accident and now a suicide/drug overdose. i'm sure i'll find out more later. all this is very sobering.

i've never been at a job where some many have died in such a short period of time.
